Can we visit for a tour of the facilities?
Yes, we recommend touring the facility before booking. Tours are by appointment only. Contact us to schedule a tour and book the facility.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is free parking available in the parking lot and on neighboring streets.
Can I access the event space before my event is scheduled to begin?
Yes, you can access the venue an hour before your event to setup.
Do you have chair and table covers?
Yes, we have tables, chairs, black linen, white linen, charger plates, and napkins.
Who will clean up at the end of the event?
You will have an hour after your event rental timeslot to clear the event space of your items and trash. All items brought in by you, your vendors, or your guests will need to be removed. All of the tables should be cleared, with only the linens remaining. All venue space should be free of food and beverages. After all of the trash is gathered, the trash bags should be placed in the dumpster provided on the property.
Are decorations allowed?
Yes, but no candles, no open flames, and nothing permanent. You are welcome to decorate the reception hall to fit your needs with any decorations that can be removed, without any harm to the venue. No nails, staples, tapes or glues that leave a sticky residue.
Will the rental space be shared with another group?
No, only one group rents the Just Blossom Studio at a time.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes, our facility is handicap-accessible and on the first floor with no steps.
Do you allow smoking?
There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the Just Blossom Studio
How do I book a Just Blossom rental?
We recommend a tour of our facility before booking an event. Visits are by appointment only. During your visit, you will see our event space, rental items, and have an opportunity to discuss our packages. Contact us to schedule a visit and book the location.
What are the COVID-19 procedures?
Masks, social distancing, and any other requirements mandated by state and local law must be observed.

Yes, you can bring in your own caterer or food. Just Blossom also has a vendor list of caterers we can recommend if you prefer.
Is there a kitchen on site?
No, we do not have a kitchen on site. All food must arrive fully cooked and ready to serve.
Can I bring in my own third party vendors?
Yes, you can bring in your own vendors. We also have a list of vendors if you need recommendations.
What’s included in the cost of a rental?
The rental fee varies on the type of activity you have. The event venue rental fee includes the rental of the venue, tables and chairs. Linen is also provided if you choose venue rental with linen.
